BBQ Smoked Cream Cheese
Kick up the classic smoked cream cheese with barbecue sauce and crispy fried onions. It's the perfect blend of sweet and savory, cream and crunch!

Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 Tb BBQ rub
- ½ c BBQ sauce warmed
- ½ c crispy fried onions crunched up
- 1 bag corn chip scoops
Instructions
- Thoroughly coat the outside of the cream cheese brick with your favorite BBQ seasoning or rub. Use a sharp knife to score the top of the brick with a diamond shape. Place seasoned cream cheese in a small cast iron pan.
- Smoke the cream cheese for 2 hours at 225° over indirect heat.
- After removing from the smoker, drizzle warmed BBQ sauce and crumble up crispy fried onions over the top. Serve immediately with corn chip or tortilla chip scoops.
