BBQ Smoked Cream Cheese

- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 Tb Pork Protocol BBQ rub
- ½ c BBQ sauce warmed
- ½ c crispy fried onions crunched up
- 1 bag corn chip scoops
Thoroughly coat the outside of the cream cheese brick with Pork Protocol or your favorite BBQ seasoning. Use a sharp knife to score the top of the brick with a diamond shape. Place seasoned cream cheese in a small cast iron pan. Smoke the cream cheese for 2 hours at 225° over indirect heat.
After removing from the smoker, drizzle warmed BBQ sauce and crumble up crispy fried onions over the top. Serve immediately with corn chip or tortilla chip scoops.
