Air Fryer Pork Belly Bites

Ingredients
- 1 lb pork belly cut into 1/3 inch chunks
- 2 Tb Pork Protocol
Instructions
- Cut pork belly into strips 1/3 of an inch thick
- Cut each strip of pork belly into 1/3 inch pieces
- Place 1lb of cubed pork belly into a mixing bowl
- Add 2TB of Pork Protocol bbq seasoning to the pork and mix to cover on all sides
- Evenly space out the seasoned pork belly into the air fryer. (Crowding will delay crispness)
- Set the air fryer to 400°F for 10 minutes and press start
- After 10 minutes, stir the pork around in the air fryer and turn up the temperature to 450° for another 3-5 minutes until the edges start to blacken and they turn crispy
- Let the pork rest for 1-2 minutes before eating
