Everything Bagel Smoked Cream Cheese
The perfect appetizer for brunch or really any time of day! Super simple and super tasty!
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 Tb Everything Bagel seasoning
- 1 bag bagel chips
- Thoroughly coat every side, top and bottom of the cream cheese in a generous coating of Everything Bagel seasoning. Use a sharp knife to score the top in a diamond pattern. Place the seasoned cream cheese in a small cast iron pan.
- Smoke the cream cheese for 2 hours at 225° over indirect heat.
- Remove the smoked cream cheese and serve immediately with bagel chips.
