Scrambled Eggs
Savory, cheesy, fluffy scrambled eggs

- 6 large eggs
- 2 Tb cold water
- 5 oz colby jack cheese shredded
- 1 tsp Essential Equation
- Crack eggs into a bowl and add 1Tb water.  Scramble with a fork or whisk until well incorporated. 
- Shred 5oz of Colby Jack cheese and set aside 
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes 
- Pour the eggs into the skillet and season with 1 tsp of Essential Equation 
- Add the shredded cheese to the skillet 
- Stir the eggs until they reach the desired consistency
