French Toast and Smoked Bacon

French toast and bacon is a crowd favorite in our house.

When Pit Boss sent us their brand new Platinum KC Combo grill to try out, our brains went wild thinking of all the different ways we could use both sides of this grill to cook a complete meal outside.

This new combo grill is half pellet smoker and half gas griddle.

And I don’t know about you, but when I think of griddles, it’s hard for me not to think of breakfast foods.

So while the family was off for Christmas break this week, we decided it would be a perfect opportunity to cook up some delicious French Toast on the griddle side while smoking bacon on the pellet smoker.
