Grilled Corn on the Cob
This is one of our favorite ways to prepare sweet corn on the cob. Cooking it on the grill gives it a beautiful char flavor that you just can't achieve in a pot of boiling water.

- 6 corn on the cob
- 4 Tb butter
- salt and pepper
Peel back the husks of each ear of corn and remove as much silk as possible. Do not remove the husk completely. After the silk has been removed, fold the husks back up.
Soak the corn (in the husk) in a sink of cold water for about 10 minutes.
Place the corn directly on a hot grill. Rotate the cob every 4-5 minutes.
Remove the corn from the grill and allow to cool for a couple of minutes before attempting to shuck the remaining husk.
Season with melted butter and salt and pepper.
