We made grilled quesadillas the other day and whipped up a batch of our creamy jalapeno sauce to go inside.
It made the greatest addition to that dish so we wanted to share the recipe with you here. We hope you like it.
Creamy Jalapeno Sauce
This creamy jalapeno sauce is the perfect accent for our grilled quesadillas.

Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup pickled jalapenos diced
- 2 Tb. jalapeno juice from the jar
- ½ cup fresh cilantro chopped
- ½ cup fresh parsley chopped
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- ½ tsp. cumin
- black pepper fresh ground
- Himalayan sea salt
- 1 lime juiced
- 1 tsp. lime zest
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
